A Cut Above is taking precautions to minimize your exposure to COVID-19. Some of the measures we have in place include encouraging each owner/tenant to call in before coming in so we can evaluate how many people will be in our office at one time. We have also hired a dedicated showing agent who is scheduling each showing, requiring masks at each showing and wiping down all surfaces before and after showing the properties. We have made taking rent payments much easier as they can do it all online or use our drop box to minimize contact. The governor has implemented quite a few protocols as well that we are complying with. The court systems are still shut down, so we are working to minimize tenants’ late payments and work through payment plans rather than having to go through our court system at this time as some payment is always better than no payment for both our owners and our tenants.
