Is Your Property Manager Educated?

In Colorado, property managers are required to be licensed Real Estate Agents. After licensing, the Real Estate Commission requires licensed agents to complete a number of continuing education hours to keep their license current, and therein lies the issue. Most, if not all, continuing education is based on the sales aspect of real estate, not property management. That is why NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) came into existence. It is the one organization devoted to the education and development of property managers with their key priorities being professionalism, educational, and ethical.

Property Managers who are members of NARPM are some of the most educated and professional property managers in the business. Not only does NARPM offer a wide array of educational classes, it also offers property managers the opportunity to reach for higher designations of expertise within our field.

A Cut Above Property Management, Inc., not only has a past NARPM President and multiple committee members, it also has the President Elect for 2020, a membership committee member and the entire staff attends the local Chapter lunch-and-learn monthly to sustain the most educated staff possible for our clients.
