Gov. Jared Polis just implemented a Stay-At-Home order for any non-essential personnel effective March 26th, at 8 a.m. Under this order, our staff will be working in a limited capacity going forward throughout this order. Please understand our team is lean and efficient, however, some requests may be delayed.
We appreciate your patience in this trying time. In this, we also ask you do not call our office unless it is an emergency of fire, flooding, or other disaster that needs immediate attention. We ask that you instead email your property manager listed below with any questions.
Rent will be collected by June 1st at 5 p.m. - please pay online or drop off at the office with name, address, and exact change.
If you are not able to work due to the shut down of businesses, please take these steps to keep your property manager informed and to help you avoid fees.
1. Send confirmation you applied for unemployment.
2. Send a letter from your employer stating you are not able to work currently.
3. Once we have received 1 & 2, and your property manager has owner approval, we will send the Stipulation for Payment to you via email to Docusign and return by the deadline.
4. Above to be completed on or before June 2, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. for May's rent.
